Difficulty Level: MODERATE to SLIGHTLY DIFFICULT
The paper tested conceptual clarity + practical application more than rote learning.
Heavy emphasis on new criminal laws (Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita 2023 & Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam 2023).
