Online does not mean a different syllabus
AP JCJ 2026 is Notification No. 118/2026-RC (25.09.2026): 119 posts, apply at aphc.gov.in from 1 to 26 October 2026. The written syllabus is Schedule-A of the AP State Judicial (Service and Cadre) Rules, 2026. Civil papers now include the Bharatiya Sakshya Adhiniyam, 2023. Criminal papers include BNSS, BSA and BNS together with CrPC, Evidence and IPC, plus FSSA 2006, the IT Act 2000, POCSO 2012 and the A.P. Forest Act 1967. Paper-III English is qualifying only.
Telangana’s current written list still prints IPC, CrPC and the Evidence Act and adds State extras. Online students receive both grids so a dual attempt does not require a second coaching fee.

Direct recruitment follows Bhumika Trust v. UOI, WP(C) 1110/2025 dated 21.08.2026: the law degree must have been obtained preceding one year as on the notification date. Upper age is 35 as on 01.09.2026 (direct) and 48 as on 01.09.2026 (transfer).
