The High Court for the State of Telangana has released the JCJ 2025 written (mains) results. This is the shortlist for viva-voce — not the final appointment list.

Hyderabad, 22 September 2026 — The High Court for the State of Telangana has published the results of the written examinations held on 20 and 21 June 2026 for recruitment to 94 posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) notified for the year 2025.
The notification is dated 17 September 2026 (R.O.C. No. 45/2025-RC). Candidates whose hall ticket numbers appear in the official PDF have qualified for the viva-voce (oral interview) scheduled from 5 October 2026 to 8 October 2026 at the High Court in Hyderabad.
This is not the final selection list. Final merit will be drawn after the interview and document verification.

The selection process has three stages: a computer-based screening test (qualifying only), a descriptive written examination, and a 30-mark viva-voce. Final ranking is based on Civil Law, Criminal Law and the interview. The English paper is qualifying.

What the result means
Direct recruitment: 72 hall ticket numbers have been declared qualified against 66 vacancies.
Recruitment by transfer: only 9 hall ticket numbers have been declared qualified against 28 vacancies. Several transfer posts may remain unfilled if more candidates do not meet the written-exam standard.
Earlier, 384 candidates (318 direct + 66 transfer) had cleared the 8 March 2026 screening test and been allowed into the written exam.
Interview schedule
Qualified candidates must report at 2:00 pm on their allotted date at the Recruitment Cell, 2nd floor, ‘C’ Block, High Court for the State of Telangana (adjacent to Government City College, near Madina Buildings, Hyderabad – 500066).
