How to Apply Online for AP JCJ 2026 at aphc.gov.in (1–26 October)
Aravind Rao’s Judicial Academy | Hyderabad
Notification No. 118/2026-RC dated 25.09.2026. 119 posts of Civil Judge (Junior Division) — 96 direct + 23 transfer. Apply only online at https://aphc.gov.in from 01.10.2026 to 26.10.2026, 11:59 P.M. No other mode is accepted.
Before you open the form
Read the official PDF once: https://aphc.gov.in/docs/notification_1790338711_0.pdf
Decide the quota: Direct Recruitment or Recruitment by Transfer. You cannot mix the two in one form.
Compute age as on 01.09.2026, not as on the date of application.
Keep scanned copies of SSC / date of birth, law degree, photograph, signature, and community / EWS / PwBD certificate if you claim reservation or relaxation.
Use an email and mobile number you will still have in 2027. Hall tickets and keys are published on the site; the High Court has said no separate intimation will be sent.
Step-by-step on aphc.gov.in
Open https://aphc.gov.in and go to Recruitment Notifications.
Open the Civil Judge (Junior Division) 2026 notification dated 25.09.2026 and use the apply-online link given there. Do not use a third-party job portal as the application.
Register with name as in the SSC certificate, date of birth, mobile and email. Save the registration ID.
Fill personal details, category, disability status if any, and educational qualifications exactly as on the certificates.
Fill the eligibility declaration that matches Notification 118/2026-RC and the Bhumika Trust clause as applied by the High Court.
Upload photograph and signature in the size and format printed on the form. Rejected scans are a common reason an application is treated as incomplete.
Pay the fee online through the gateway on the form. Fee is not refunded.
Submit and download the filled application and fee receipt as PDF. Keep both until the recruitment ends.
Last date and late applications
The window closes at 11:59 P.M. on 26.10.2026. A payment that starts before midnight and fails after midnight is not an application. Do not wait for 26 October evening. The High Court can modify dates in exigencies; check aphc.gov.in until the recruitment ends.
What the application does not do
Submitting the form is not shortlisting. Screening is a computer-based test. Hall tickets issue about one week before that test.
The form is not a request to change category later. Category, date of birth and name must match certificates.
A printout posted to the High Court is not an application. Online only.
After you apply
Watch https://aphc.gov.in for the screening-test date, hall ticket, question paper, preliminary key and objection window.
The question paper and preliminary key are published within one week of the screening test, for objections.
Written-examination venues are notified after the screening result. Venue and time will be on the hall ticket.
